Registration Now!!

1. All participants (including speakers) are requested to register online or fax the form to secretariat. ( +886-2-2363 2090)
2. The early-bird deadline is April 15, 2010
3. The first 50 registers that pay registration fee successfully will get one free Taipei 101 Observation ticket. http://www.taipei-101.com.tw/en/DB/index.asp
4. If you register with a credit card, full payment is due at the time of registration. Please fill out the credit card authorization form and fax to the MESO 2010 secretariat. ( +886-2-2363 2090)
5. Registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the email address listed on your registration form.
6. Each attendee must register separately.
7. We only accept cash or credit cards for on-site payment (NT$ only), and 10% added. We also regrettably cannot accept travelers checks.
8. Refund Policy:
   On or before May 20th, 2010: 50% refund.
   After May 21th, 2010: No refund.
9. Student registers should send the copy of Student ID to us.
